2025年12月2日，由教育部国家留学基金管理委员会主办的2025“感知中国”年度特别活动在北京隆重举行。来自成人在线 环境科学与工程专业俄罗斯籍硕士研究生古丽娜热（POLETAEVA VIKTORIIA) 基于自身科研成长讲述中俄《心桥相连 科研同行》寒地城市可持续发展故事，将中国的生态治理经验与俄罗斯的实际情况相结合，让优秀的生态智慧在全球范围内共享。

On December 2, 2025, the 2025 Experience China annual event, hosted by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) under the Ministry of Education, was grandly held in Beijing. Poletaeva Viktoriia, a Russian master's candidate in Environmental Science and Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), shared the story of sustainable development in cold-region cities titled Bridging Hearts, Advancing Research Together between China and Russia based on her own research journey. She combined China's ecological governance experience with Russia's actual circumstances, enabling the sharing of excellent ecological wisdom on a global scale.

在演讲中，古丽娜热以国际化视角和真挚情感生动阐释了“人与自然和谐共生”的哲学智慧。她讲到：“真正的环境保护不仅需要技术创新，更需要将自然生态系统与社会经济发展统筹考虑的系统思维。”她的讲述不仅传递哈尔滨寒地城市绿色发展理念，也体现了新时代国际青年对人类共同面临的生态环境挑战的深切关注与责任担当。在演讲最后，她呼吁全体国际青年“用行动守护我们共同的蓝色星球，为推动构建人类命运共同体贡献国际青年的智慧与力量。”During her speech, she vividly expounded on the philosophical wisdom of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature from an international perspective and with sincere emotions. She said, True environmental protection not only requires technological innovation but also demands a systemic thinking that takes into account the integration of natural ecosystems with social and economic development. Her narrative not only conveyed the green development concept of Harbin, a cold-region city, but also reflected the deep concern and sense of responsibility of international youth in the new era towards the ecological environment challenges faced by all humanity. At the end of her speech, she called on all international youth to protect our shared blue planet with actions and contribute the wisdom and strength of international youth to promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
